✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Plan and coordinate daily cutting operations according to the production schedule.
✔️ Ensure accurate fabric spreading, marker usage, and cutting processes.
✔️ Monitor fabric utilization and minimize material wastage.
✔️ Maintain required quality standards throughout the cutting process.
✔️ Supervise cutting room activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
✔️ Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams.
✔️ Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of cutting machines and equipment.
✔️ Prepare and maintain cutting-related records and reports.
🎯 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in an apparel cutting department.
✔️ Good knowledge of fabric types, markers, and cutting techniques.
✔️ Ability to work under production deadlines.
✔️ Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
