YELO DISTRIBUTORS (PVT) LTD is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to strengthen its sales operations and develop its supermarket and modern trade business.

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Strong hands-on experience dealing with supermarket chains and modern trade.
Proven ability to manage and develop key accounts and supermarket customers.
Strong understanding of modern trade operations, promotions, pricing, merchandising and customer negotiations.
Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.
Experience in credit collection monitoring and control.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales performance.
Good analytical, reporting and Microsoft Office skills.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales experience within the FMCG industry.
G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent. A Diploma in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Valid riding or driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Candidates residing in or with easy access to Horana and Kalutara areas will be preferred.
Age between 28–45 years.
