SENIOR EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER SERVICE
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all customer service touchpoints including hotline, phone calls, emails, website orders, live chat, and social media with timely and professional responses.
Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues using CRM or internal systems.
Monitor service performance, identify improvement areas, and support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
Proven ability to manage multiple customer channels and handle high-volume interactions professionally.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.
