ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations including documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and office coordination.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and organize company records, files, reports, and databases accurately.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events while ensuring smooth office operations.
Assist management with reports, presentations, and administrative tasks as required.
Monitor office supplies and support procurement and vendor coordination activities.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administration or office coordination.
Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
