Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership or supervisory role
Proven experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or high-volume sales campaigns
Experience in fintech, digital payments, banking, or financial services is an added advantage
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities
Strong operational planning and execution capabilities
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
Target-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Plan and execute 12 Town Storming activities per month
Lead daily field execution in high-density merchant zones
Drive team performance against acquisition and deployment targets
Monitor team pipeline through Mastercore
Ensure aggressive merchant acquisition during storming activities
Conduct field coaching and performance reviews
Maintain high documentation quality and approval rates
Drive collections performance across the team
Coordinate with Back Office, Bank, Deployment, and Finance teams
Ensure timely escalation of operational issues
