Pintanna Plantation, a leading name in sustainable Agarwood plantation and forestry management, is looking for dynamic, results-driven, and energetic Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Promote and sell Agarwood plantation ownership/investment plans to individual and corporate clients.
*Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and manage prospective clients.
*Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and consultations to explain the long-term benefits of Agarwood investments.
*Build and maintain long-lasting, trusted relationships with potential buyers.
*Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
*Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process.
**Requirements & Qualifications:
*Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Financial Investment, or Insurance sales is highly advantageous.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Target-driven mindset with a strong commitment to sales growth.
*Professional demeanor and confident presentation skills.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluent in Sinhala and basic/working knowledge of English. (Tamil is an added advantage).
