Dr Skin Lab is looking for a motivated, organized, and creative Administration & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at our Moratuwa Branch. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and capable of supporting daily administrative operations while helping to strengthen the company's digital presence across multiple platforms.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist with day-to-day administrative and office operations

✔ Prepare documents, reports, and maintain records

✔ Coordinate with branches and support operational activities

✔ Create, schedule, and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms

✔ Respond to customer inquiries received through digital platforms

✔ Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions

✔ Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials

✔ Support management with administrative and marketing-related projects

✅ Requirements:

✔ Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

✔ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

✔ Previous experience in administration, customer service, or digital marketing will be an added advantage

✔ Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms

✔ Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage

✔ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Creative, organized, and willing to learn

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

💰 Salary:

LKR 50,000 – 80,000 (Based on qualifications, experience, and performance)
