Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to promote event management services.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through client acquisition and business development activities.
Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and ensure successful execution of corporate events.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and marketing materials for potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery of events.
Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and corporate functions.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or corporate event management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
