CANTARA Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to help build and grow our restaurant. This is a leadership role for someone who can develop a strong team, improve operations, and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff
▪️Lead and motivate the team to maintain high service standards
▪️Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
▪️Implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
▪️Identify business opportunities and recommend improvements to management
▪️Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective actions when necessary
▪️Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained
▪️Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
▪️Support top management with new ideas, industry insights, and operational improvements
▪️Build a positive and productive workplace culture
Requirements:
▪️Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
▪️Proven experience in staff recruitment, training, and team development
▪️Strong leadership and people management skills
▪️Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
▪️Ability to analyze sales performance and implement growth strategies
▪️Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
▪️Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
▪️Experience in multi-cuisine restaurants will be an added advantage
