💼 Position
Cafe/ Restaurant Manager
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage and supervise daily operations of busy café/restaurant environments
✔️ Lead, train, and motivate service & kitchen teams to maintain high performance
✔️ Handle peak-hour crowd management efficiently
✔️ Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house staff
✔️ Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
✔️ Control inventory, food cost, and minimize wastage
✔️ Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance
✔️ Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve complaints professionally
✔️ Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety & company policies
✔️ Handle POS systems and daily operational reports
🎯 Requirements
✅ Male candidate preferred
✅ Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Manager/ Assistant Manager role in café or restaurant
✅ Proven experience handling high-volume operations
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to work under pressure and during weekends/holidays
✅ Good knowledge of restaurant systems & reporting

📊 Experience in cost control, inventory management, and sales growth strategies
🍽️ Exposure to multi-cuisine restaurants or café operations
🎯 Candidate Profile
🎂 Preferred age: 28 - 45 years
💪 Strong leadership, disciplined, and result-oriented personality
🎓 Qualifications
📘 Diploma or relevant qualification in hospitality management is an advantage
