Payment Process
1. Full Payment Upon Vehicle Collection
All rental charges must be paid in full when collecting the vehicle.
2. Refundable Deposit
A refundable security deposit must be paid at the time of vehicle pickup.
3. Rental Charges
Payment for the entire rental duration must be made in advance when taking the vehicle.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery is available at a rate starting from Rs.200 per km and minimum rental days must more than 7 days to get deliver facility. (charges vary depending on the type of vehicle ).
5. Vehicle Return
Customers are required to return the vehicle to our office located in Pannipitiya, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
(We do not offer a vehicle pickup service. The vehicle must be returned by the customer or their authorized representative.)
6. Mileage Limitation
we allow 100km per day of usage. If you exceed this limit, an additional charge of Rs.55/= per kilometer will apply after the total of usage.. you can use your total allowable mileage ( based on the number of rental days ) when returning the vehicle.
7. Refund Process
The refundable deposit will be processed after a full inspection of the vehicle. Deposits are returned before 5:00 PM on the same day after inspection is completed.
8. Rent Agreement
When starting with new rent agreement, customer and guarantee must have to participate.
9.vehicle collecting
when we are handover the vehicle, we are doing the inspection in front of the customer, please make sure come before 30 minutes from collecting your vehicle.
