• Position: Receptionist

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and expenses.
• Handle basic computer-based tasks such as data entry, email communication, and invoicing.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
• Basic computer literacy (knowledge of email, spreadsheets, and hotel management software is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Prior experience in hospitality or as a receptionist is an advantage.
