Public Relations Officer (PRO)
The job role of a Public Relations Officer (PRO) involves managing the public image and reputation of an organization or individual. PROs are responsible for creating and maintaining a positive relationship between the organization and the public, social media, and other relevant parties.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Developing and implementing PR strategies to promote the organization's objectives.
Actively respond to the customers through Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp and follow up opportunities with clients.
Proactively follow up customer leads and identify opportunities client over the phone.
Analyzing PR campaigns' effectiveness and preparing reports for management.
Manage the after sale service follow-up process and maintain.
Qualification
Passed G.C.E A/L Exam
Minimum of 1 to 2 year of experience in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil language proficiency will be advantageous)
Age below 35 years
IT literacy
Candidate residing on the Gampaha area are preferred
