We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead industrial coatings manufacturing, with strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost control and reliable batch execution.
𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒔
• Protective / Anti-Corrosive: Epoxy zinc phosphate, zinc-rich epoxy, high-build epoxy, epoxy MIO, epoxy mastic
• Polyurethane: 2K aliphatic PU and industrial PU topcoats
• Industrial Alkyd: Quick-dry primers and industrial enamels
• Floor Coatings: Epoxy primer, high-build, self-levelling and anti-slip systems
• Maintenance / DTM: Surface-tolerant epoxy and direct-to-metal systems
• Specialty: High-temperature silicone and chemical-resistant coatings
𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔
• Lead daily production to achieve output, quality and delivery targets.
• Control dispersion/grinding, let-down, tinting, filtration, filling and batch consistency.
• Improve yield, cycle time, productivity, waste and manufacturing cost.
• Coordinate production planning, inventory, maintenance, quality, R&D, and supply chain.
• Ensure strict HSE controls for solvents, flammable materials and chemical handling.
• Drive Lean / continuous improvement and monitor production KPIs.
𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂𝒏 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒕
• Degree/diploma in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing or a related field.
• 8+ years' production experience in paints, industrial coatings, chemicals or process manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of high-speed dispersion, milling, batch scale-up and filling operations.
• Practical exposure to epoxy, PU, alkyd and protective coating manufacturing preferred.
• Strong HSE, quality systems, troubleshooting, planning and people-management skills.
