Operations Manager

VACANCY – OPERATIONS MANAGER

MediTextile (Pvt) Ltd, a leading manufacturer of surgical and medical dressing products, is seeking an experienced and capable Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate our factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage production planning across all five production sectors of the factory.

- Allocate employees to appropriate tasks to achieve production targets efficiently.

- Supervise the stores operation and manage stores personnel.

- Coordinate the dispatch process to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

- Plan and manage raw-material ordering to maintain uninterrupted production.

- Liaise closely with sales staff regarding orders, priorities and delivery schedules.

- Liaise with HR regarding recruitment, attendance, employee allocation and other workforce requirements.

- Prepare clear, accurate and timely executive management reports.

- Maintain clear, honest and professional communication with management and all departments.

- Support certification and compliance processes, including ISO and GMP.

Qualifications and Experience

- A degree or equivalent professional qualification.

- Previous experience in operations management or as a section supervisor within a manufacturing organisation.

- Strong ability to manage, motivate and coordinate employees.

- Good production planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work across multiple departments and manage competing priorities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with ISO, GMP or other manufacturing certification systems will be an added advantage.
