Techneeds International (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly capable and result-oriented Operations & Projects Manager to take full responsibility for managing and delivering all Rope Access projects from commencement to completion.
*Key Responsibilities*
✔ Complete project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
✔ Lead and manage all site operations, manpower, equipment, and resources.
✔ Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
✔ Take full accountability for project performance and operational outcomes.
✔ Protect and manage company assets, tools, and equipment.
✔ Ensure compliance with client requirements, company procedures, and safety regulations.
✔ Implement continuous improvements in operational efficiency, reporting systems, training, PPE compliance, and quality control.
*Required Qualifications & Experience*
✔ Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Project Management, Construction, Industrial Services, Maintenance, Rope Access, or related operations.
✔ Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills.
✔ Proven ability to independently manage projects and achieve targets.
✔ Excellent communication and client management abilities.
✔ IRATA certification and Rope Access industry experience will be a distinct advantage.
