Selling my Monty KY-30 mountain bike as it is rarely used now. A solid, well-built older MTB with quality Shimano components and a professionally rebuilt drivetrain.

Maintenance & Condition:
The bike underwent an extensive professional rebuild/service at Probike in 2022 costing approximately LKR 59,000, with the original invoice available as proof.
Work included replacement/service of major wear components including the chain, 8-speed cassette, bottom bracket, brake pads, disc rotors, cables, headset bearings and front fork, along with a full service.
Approximately 2,500 km ridden since the rebuild.
For full transparency, the bike is currently due for its routine standard service. I have confirmed with Probike that this should cost below LKR 10,000, taking the currently worn brake components into consideration. The asking price has been adjusted accordingly so the next owner can have it serviced to their preference.
Mechanically the bike is in very good condition. The frame has some cosmetic paint chips and signs of use consistent with its age, but no known structural issues.
A good choice for commuting, fitness riding, recreational cycling or light off-road/trail use.
