As a Maintenance Coordinator at Crepe Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our multiple outlets by overseeing all maintenance-related tasks. You will be stationed at the head office and will also handle various office-related responsibilities, making this role a blend of administrative and maintenance duties.
Key responsibilities
Maintenance oversight
1. Coordinate with the operations team to understand maintenance requirements across outlets, stores, kitchen, and head office.
a. Plumbing
b. Electrical breakdowns (Site & Equipment)
c. Carpentry & furniture repair
d. Security system maintenance
e. Scheduled maintenance - A/C servicing, pest control etc.
f. Any other maintenance related tasks may be assigned
2. Identify and liaise with contractors for maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
3. Source necessary materials and equipment required for maintenance projects.
4. Ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks by following up with contractors and monitoring progress.
5. Provide on-site supervision during maintenance activities, particularly for overnight tasks or major projects such as outlet shifting or refurbishment while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
6. Complete maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and disruptions to operations
Administrative Support:
1. Visit banks for financial transactions or document submissions as required.
2. Assist in moving documents between outlets, head office, and other departments.
3. Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by different departments, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
