We’re Hiring: Loyalty Programme Executive

We’re now looking for a Loyalty Programme Executive to take charge of our customer rewards ecosystem and help us get the best lifetime value from our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize the Midnightdivas Rewards Programme to drive engagement and retention.
- Monitor customer behaviour, identify key segments and design reward campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
- Collaborate with marketing, retail and e-commerce teams to integrate loyalty strategies into promotions.
- Analyse performance metrics, track ROI and share insights to continuously improve programme results.
- Ensure smooth running of the Loyalty app on including point allocations, tier updates and communications.
Who You Are
- Passionate about customer relationships, data-driven marketing and building brand loyalty.
- Experienced in e-commerce, digital marketing, or CRM management (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Analytical and creative - you can turn data into strategy and strategy into engaging experiences.
- Organized, proactive and capable of working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
