The Role
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales consultants while delivering a professional and service-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, online forms, and website chat.
* Qualify leads using Akara’s structured lead scoring system.
* Recommend suitable property options based on client needs and preferences.
* Coordinate and schedule viewing appointments with sales consultants.
* Follow up consistently to maximize lead conversion and appointment success.
* Update CRM accurately with notes, statuses, and lead activity.
Requirements
* Experience in inside sales, call handling, customer service, or similar roles.
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
* Ability to multitask and work within structured systems and processes.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs and digital tools.
