The Role
We’re looking for Sales Executives to manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for owners, buyers, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
* Conduct property viewings on behalf of senior agents.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with landlords, tenants, and clients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
* Support the full conversion pipeline: inquiry → viewing → follow-up → closing.
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Well-organized, proactive, and target-driven.
* Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments daily.
