Ensure your phone has Android 7+ or iOS 12.0+ and supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Pair the watch from the app, not directly via Bluetooth settings.

Connect the USB charging base to a USB Port. Place the Smartwatch on the charging base as shown in the picture above. When charging begins, a charging notification will appear on the screen. The display will switch off after some time. Tap the display screen to check the charging progress.
Download the App and connect with your phone:
Download and install the "Timex Fit 2.0" app from Google Play or scan the QR code on the watch box. Enable Bluetooth on your phone. To pair, go to App, Watch Settings, and click "Add Watch." Select the watch ("Connect Call") and pair.
