Role and Responsibilities:
Warmly greeting clients upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and providing information about our services.
Handling incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Managing salon reservations and maintaining an organised appointment calendar.
Addressing client concerns and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
Collaborating with the salon team to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Keeping the salon's reception area clean, organised, and inviting.
Promoting salon products and special offers to clients when appropriate.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Working on the weekends and Poya days is a must.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanour.
Organisational abilities to manage appointments and maintain order at the reception.
Proficiency in using computers, booking software, and basic office tools.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
