Key Responsibilities
Handle daily finance operations, including accounting, reconciliation, bookkeeping, and voucher checking
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
Analyze financial data and support management with useful suggestions
Manage cash flow, budgeting, cost control, and expense checking
Handle tax filing and communicate with tax authorities, banks, and other institutions
Improve internal finance processes and supervise finance team members
Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional accounting qualification is preferred
Must be fluent in Chinese (spoken and written)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance supervisor or similar role
Good knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial systems
Skilled in financial software and Microsoft Office
Strong responsibility, good communication skills, and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and manage a team
