We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee our stainless-steel welding, equipment repair, and technician team. අපගේ මල නොබැඳෙන වානේ වෑල්ඩින් (Stainless Steel Welding), උපකරණ අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම් සහ කාර්මික ශිල්පීන්ගේ වැඩකටයුතු අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම සඳහා පළපුරුදු වැඩමුළු අධීක්ෂකවරයෙකු සෙවේ.

JOB TASKS | වැඩ කාර්යයන්

• Supervising and managing workshop technicians | වැඩමුළු කාර්මික ශිල්පීන් කළමනාකරණය සහ අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම

• Overseeing stainless steel welding works and fabrication | මල නොබැඳෙන වානේ වෑල්ඩින් (Stainless Steel Welding) සහ නිෂ්පාදන කටයුතු අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම

• Managing commercial kitchen equipment repairing and maintenance | වාණිජ කුස්සි උපකරණ අලුත්වැඩියාව සහ නඩත්තු කටයුතු මෙහෙයවීම

• Ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient workshop environment | ආරක්ෂිත, සංවිධානාත්මක සහ කාර්යක්ෂම වැඩබිම් පරිසරයක් සහතික කිරීම

• Adhering to budget plans, project timelines, and submitting management reports | අයවැය සැලසුම් සහ ව්‍යාපෘති කාලසීමාවන් අනුගමනය කිරීම සහ කළමනාකරණ වාර්තා ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම

• & similar duties | සහ මේ හා සමාන රාජකාරි

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS | අවම සුදුසුකම්

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role | සමාන තනතුරක අවම වශයෙන් වසර 2-3 ක පළපුරුද්දක් තිබීම

• Technical knowledge in equipment repair & stainless steel welding | උපකරණ අලුත්වැඩියාව සහ මල නොබැඳෙන වානේ වෑල්ඩින් පිළිබඳ තාක්ෂණික දැනුම

• Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills | මනා නායකත්ව හැකියාව, කණ්ඩායම් හැඟීම සහ සන්නිවේදන කුසලතා

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight schedules | කාර්යබහුල පරිසරයක වැඩ කිරීමේ සහ නියමිත වේලාවට වැඩ නිම කිරීමේ හැකියාව
