## About the Role
Hammer BTL (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and energetic **Field Operation Assistant** to support day-to-day field operations and office-related activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, adaptable, and willing to travel to different work sites as required.
## Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily field operations and coordinate assigned tasks.
* Visit work sites and carry out office-related field duties.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
* Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
* Follow company procedures and management instructions.
* Support operational activities as required.
## Requirements
* Previous experience in field operations or a similar role will be an added advantage.
* Ability to manage work efficiently and independently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to travel to work sites and perform daily field-related tasks.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and management requirements.
