# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ Posses a Diploma, HND or Degree in Information Technology. Undergraduates will also be considered.
【~】✪ One year experience in an IT support or networking role.
【~】✪ Have a basic understanding of networked systems (E.g., Routers, switches, and wireless devices) and willingness to learn advanced technologies.
【~】✪ Familiar with LAN / WAN concepts and network protocols (E.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
【~】✪ Have the eagerness for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network issues with guidance.
【~】✪ Ability to work additional hours when required.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Assist in setting up and maintaining basic network hardware and software under supervision.
【~】✪ Provide first-level support to end-users for network connectivity and IT hardware/software issues.
【~】✪ Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
【~】✪ Help maintain network documentation, including device configurations and connection diagrams.
【~】✪ Collaborate with senior IT staff to address technical issues and implement solutions.
【~】✪ Learn and support the implementation of network security practices to protect company data.
