Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain applications for our online survey platform (training will be provided).
• Support the day-to-day operational activities of the organization.
• Handle data management activities while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain and optimize databases to support research projects.
• Prepare reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
• Provide technical support to internal teams whenever required.
• Utilize social media platforms to support research activities and outreach initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and systems.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure that deadlines are met.
Requirements
• Diploma/Higher diploma in Information Technology, Software Development, or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of one years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of databases, data management, and programming concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
