Job Description -
A front desk supervisor is responsible for running the front lobby of an establishment , including welcoming visitors , taking their inforrmation and choosing the best room to fit their needs. Applicants must address problems guest have with their rooms and collect payments. Other duties include providing extra services ordered by guests , communicating with and instructing other employees and ensuring the lobby remains clean. The front desk supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.
Requirments -
• Minimum of 05 years experience in a front deak or guest relation role within the hospitality industry, with at least 02 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing or hospitality management feild preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, collegues , and management.
• Strong leadership and team building abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team to achieve operational goals.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work various shifts , including weekends , holidays and late hours as needed.
• Knowledge about channel management and selling rooms.
