Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and presentation
• Develop and update menu offerings, focusing on Western and local dishes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in the hotel industry
• Strong knowledge and experience in preparing both Western and local cuisine
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
