RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing
calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, & tracking
action items and for special projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely
procurement of materials and supplies for production.
- Assist to Manage inventory levels and oversee order processing to
ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the management of social media accounts and ecommerce platforms, including content creation, posting
schedules, and responding to customer inquiries
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative
assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with project management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
- Prior experience in the tea industry is preferred but not required
