𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
We are looking for creative and trend-aware Content Writers to join our team.
The role involves creating Sinhala scripts for digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on trending topics, news, and social media content.
Candidates should be able to identify viral content and convert it into engaging storytelling scripts. Knowledge of AI tools for research is an added advantage.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Write Sinhala scripts for social media and YouTube videos
Monitor and analyze trending content on Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
Convert viral posts (photos, stories, events) into engaging scripts
Research topics using Sinhala and English sources
Work with the content and production team
Suggest new content ideas based on trends
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Good Sinhala writing and storytelling skills
Basic to good English knowledge for research
Strong understanding of social media trends in Sri Lanka
Interest in news, politics, and history
Knowledge of social media policies and guidelines
Ability to work on deadlines and maintain consistency
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬:
Experience with social media monitoring tools
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
Previous experience in content writing or media
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Saturday: Half Day
Location: Nugegoda (On-site)Salary & Benefits:
Salary: LKR 35,000 – 75,000 (based on experience)
Overtime (OT) payments available
