Project time frame varies from 6 months to 8 months for the house. We have many Architects designed house plans available with us. Also we can make suitable plan for your size of the land. Estimated cost per 1 sq ft is LKR 12,500, but varies with customers requirements.
Apartment project takes 36 months 40 months. The size and number of units of the apartments varies from the land size. Ideally 20 perches land with 56 feet road frontage, will be able to build 20 apartments with current regulation in Sri Lanka. Estimated cost is around 1 sq ft is LKR 25,000, but varies. Quotation will be given based on BOQ assessment.

• Under ground water tanks 80,000 l and over head water tanks of 50,000 l
This price guaranteed includes warranty for ten years on structural work and six months except usual ware and tare.
We will keep the price during this time period and any inflation will be borne by us.
Any modifications to the building work after the contract is signed will be discussed.
