💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile workshop operations, preferably in PDI operations.

【~】✪ Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

【~】✪ Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and inspection procedures.

【~】✪ Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.

【~】✪ Strong management and coordination skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.

【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

【~】✪ Computer literacy and familiarity with workshop management systems will be an added advantage.

【~】✪ Professional management qualifications will be an added advantage.

【~】✪ Oversee and manage all Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations.

【~】✪ Ensure vehicles are inspected, prepared, and released within the required timelines.

【~】✪ Supervise workshop staff involved in PDI activities and allocate work effectively.

【~】✪ Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth vehicle handover processes.

【~】✪ Monitor vehicle quality standards and ensure all inspections are properly completed.

【~】✪ Identify and resolve technical or operational issues related to PDI activities.

【~】✪ Maintain accurate records and reports related to workshop and PDI operations.

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
