💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in promotions, event marketing, field marketing, activation management, or a related role
【~】✪ Experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, FMCG, telecommunications, or similar industry will be an added advantage
【~】✪ Proven ability to plan and execute result-driven promotional campaigns
【~】✪ Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams
【~】✪ Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
【~】✪ Ability to obtain approvals and coordinate effectively with government and local authorities
【~】✪ Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
【~】✪ Willingness to travel extensively and work island-wide
【~】✪ Valid driving license is a must
【~】✪ Commercial truck license is an added advantage
【~】✪ Excellent communication and presentation skills in Sinhala and English

【~】✪ Plan, organize, and execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, vehicle displays, dealer activations, and lead-generation events across the island
【~】✪ Work outside the office on all six working days, actively managing field promotions and market activations
【~】✪ Identify high-potential locations and opportunities for vehicle promotions to maximize customer engagement and lead generation
【~】✪ Obtain all necessary approvals, permits, and clearances from local authorities, municipal councils, police departments, and other relevant institutions for promotional activities, sound systems, public displays, and event spaces
【~】✪ Lead and supervise field promotion teams, promoters, agencies, and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of campaigns
【~】✪ Monitor daily promotional performance and ensure all activities are aligned with business objectives and brand standards
【~】✪ Generate quality sales leads through promotional activities and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up
【~】✪ Maintain accurate records of leads, event attendance, customer feedback, and promotional expenses
【~】✪ Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management
【~】✪ Develop innovative and cost-effective promotional concepts that deliver measurable returns on investment
【~】✪ Coordinate vehicle logistics, branding materials, promotional equipment, and event requirements
