# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Business Management, human resource or related field. An MBA will be considered as a strong assets
【~】✪ A minimum of 7 years of experience in human recourse within reputable organizations.
【~】✪ Proficiency in both Sinhala and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Tamil is considering an advantage.
【~】✪ Proven ability to be an inspirational team player with strong leadership and administrative capacity.
【~】✪ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with make data driven decisions.
【~】✪ Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Act As a head of the Talant Management Unit at HR Department
【~】✪ Manage and coordinate the recruitment process and training process of CF Skills Development Academy.
【~】✪ Responsible for the talent Management and succession planning activities of the organization
and ensuring that the top talent is recognized and appropriate retention measures, including additional development opportunities are placed for them.
【~】✪ Analyse and report on talent metrics to inform GM - HR.
【~】✪ Responsible to developing the annual training calendar by identifying and collating training needs from mid-year and year end apprisial process.
【~】✪ Develop, Organize and Host the company induction program for new comers.
【~】✪ Responsible for the company management trainee program.
【~】✪ Be in-charge of the e learning platform of the company - CF Digital Learning Hub, with processes of adding new users, maintaining MIS, developing learning modules etc.
