Capacity: Up to 3 occupants.

• Strictly female students or working professionals only - (NO MALES or FAMILIES/COUPLES)

• Location: Close to A9 Matale Road, Katugastota - peaceful, secure residential area with 24/7 CCTV

• 100 m to A9 Road

• Frequent transport to Kandy City and other destinations

• 15 min to Katugastota Town

• 30 min to Kandy City

Rooms Setup: -

• 2 rooms: 1 large room (2 beds) + 1 small room (1 bed). The two rooms are interconnected, with 1 shared bathroom and 1 shared kitchen.

• Rent: LKR 12,000 per person per calendar month.

• Rent is payable monthly in advance.

Utilities: -

• Electricity billed by actual usage (minimum LKR 2,000/month)

• Water billed by consumption

• Deposit: Two months’ rent per occupant (LKR 24,000). Regardless of the circumstances, it cannot be used to pay rent.

• The security deposit equals two months’ rent per occupant and is refundable at move-out, subject to the condition of the room and the settlement of all bills.

• Electricity charged by meter reading; a minimum LKR 2,000/month applies.

• Water is charged by consumption.

• Shared bathroom and kitchen: tenants must keep common areas clean and respect house rules/neighbours.
