A leading gas distribution centre located in the Biyagama / Siyambalape area is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Logistics Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations
*Maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory reports
*Handle administrative duties and office coordination
*Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers effectively
*Monitor stock movements and delivery schedules
*Prepare reports and support operational efficiency
Requirements
*Previous experience in administration and/or logistics operations preferred
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills
*Good knowledge of MS Office applications
*Excellent communication and coordination abilities
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
*Candidates residing close to Biyagama / Siyambalape area will be an added advantage
