A leading hardware items distribution company located in Makola, Kiribathgoda is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Showroom Executive to oversee showroom operations and support customer service and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily showroom operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
✅ Drive daily and monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
✅ Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom team to achieve performance goals.
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
✅ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock availability.
✅ Maintain showroom presentation through effective merchandising and cleanliness.
✅ Prepare and present daily sales reports and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
✔️ Proven experience as a Showroom/Retail Executive (hardware industry experience preferred).
✔️ Strong knowledge of hardware tools, building materials, and related products.
✔️ Excellent sales and customer service skills.
✔️ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
✔️ Good inventory management and merchandising skills.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and POS/Inventory Management systems.
✔️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
