The primary objective of CBH Lands is investment and sales of real estate land plots across the country, especially within the Kurunegala District of the Wayamba Province of Sri Lanka. These land plots are split in accordance with residential and commercial with the special emphasis on the ideal size and shape to suit customer needs. The land selection process is very rigorous, and each land brought to the market is hand picked personally by our Founder Chairman and Deputy Chairman. Once purchased the planning, preparation and development is completed by our sister company Ceylon Brand Developers (Pvt) Limited. On completion of the development, CBH Lands undertakes the process of sales and marketing the property. Therefore, the entire process from selection, purchase, investment, planning, development, marketing, and sales is fully completed by CBH Lands unlike other real estate companies operating in Sri Lanka. This enables CBH Lands to introduce highly perfected and systematic individual land plots to customers. As a result, of this personalization, CBH Lands over the years has grown rapidly within the Sri Lankan market.
