We are seeking a proactive and well-organized individual to oversee and manage our day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure smooth functioning across office, showroom, and staff facilities.
Job Role:
🔹Oversee and manage warehouse and store operations across multiple locations.
🔹Ensure accurate inventory control, stock management, and system alignment.
🔹Monitor stock movement, transfers, and reconciliation between warehouses and showrooms.
🔹Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and losses.
🔹Implement and maintain strong inventory control systems, SOPs, and best practices.
🔹Lead and supervise warehouse/store teams, ensuring productivity and discipline.
🔹Coordinate with showroom, e-commerce, procurement, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
🔹Ensure proper storage, labeling, safety, and space utilization standards are maintained.
🔹Analyze stock and operational reports and provide insights to management.
🔹Drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
🔹Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
🔹Strong experience in retail textile / fashion industry and e-commerce operations.
🔹Proven ability to manage multiple warehouses and lead teams.
🔹Good knowledge of inventory systems, stock control, and reporting (Excel/ERP).
🔹Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
🔹Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
