Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for fashion and leadership? Join Be Desi, a growing ethnic wear brand, and take charge of showroom operations while driving sales and team performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently
Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team
Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth
Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
Handle stock management, inventory control, and coordination with warehouse
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Handle customer issues and ensure quick resolution
Implement company policies, procedures, and sales strategies
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fashion retail / textile showroom management
Proven experience in handling a sales team and achieving targets
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication skills (Sinhala & English; Tamil is an added advantage)
Good understanding of fashion retail operations and customer behavior
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems)
