Our customer office is located at Nugegoda.
*Work hours are - Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm & Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm
*Salary – Based on experience (with 2-3 years of experience can earn up to LKR 80,000)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive VISA Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student migration, providing expert guidance to prospective students, and managing the entire visa process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
Guide students on study destinations, courses, universities, and visa processes.
Complete and manage the visa application process.
Contact and follow up on leads from various channels like online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Keep accurate and updated records of client interactions.
Persuade prospective clients to register by explaining the benefits of our services.
Support students through document preparation and registration for company enrolment.
Our customer’s future employees will need to possess the following qualities:
Higher education
Proven experience in sales, counselling, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Fluent in English & Sinhala (Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage)
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the industry
