Villa Receptionist (Male/Female)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Male/Female Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our operations and contribute to our commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum one year of experience in a hotel or villa setting

Essential computer literacy

Ability to handle cash payments and prepare daily reports

Experience balancing cash at the end of the day

Proficient in managing reservation systems

Efficient in handling guest check-in and check-out procedures

Provide exceptional customer service

Willingness to perform other duties as requested by the Assistant Manager or Director
