We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team in Kalutara. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage salaries, payroll, and staff-related payments
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports
• Handle day today accounting and financial management activities
• Manage and supervise staff, ensuring smooth office operations
• Maintain and monitor stock records and inventory control
Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial management
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage staff and work independently
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
