Holiday Lanka Tours is looking for a motivated, responsible, and energetic individual to join our team as a Tour Operator / Tour Executive.
Job Responsibilities
Responding to emails, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from clients and travel agents.
Answering telephone calls professionally and assisting customers with their travel inquiries.
Preparing tour quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
Coordinating with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers.
Assisting with general office administration and daily operational tasks.
Working with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Performing office-related errands when required.
Requirements
Good spoken and written English.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email.
Knowledge of social media platforms.
Ability to ride a scooter with a valid riding license (compulsory).
Male or female candidates are welcome to apply.
Age between 20–35 years (preferred).
Salary
LKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
