Holiday Lanka Tours is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Tour Operations & Reservations Assistant.
Main Responsibilities
Handling inquiries from international clients
Responding to emails, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
Preparing tour quotations and travel proposals
Coordinating hotel reservations and tour bookings
Assisting with daily tour operations and customer support
Managing and updating social media platforms (added advantage)
Performing general office administration duties
Requirements
Male or female candidates preferred
Age 20 – 35 years preferred
Good spoken and written English
Computer literacy (Email, Microsoft Office, Internet)
Ability to communicate professionally with foreign travelers
Previous experience in tourism, reservations, customer service, or administration is an advantage
Social media management skills will be an added qualification
Ability to ride a scooter and possession of a valid riding license will be an advantage
Benefits
Monthly salary: LKR 30,000 – 40,000 depending on qualifications and experience

You will be working directly with international travelers, assisting them with tour planning, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and customer support before and during their visit to Sri Lanka.
