Assistant Operations Manager
Nimrasa Bakers, a well-established company engaged in bakery product manufacturing and sales, is seeking a dynamic, responsible, and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Operations Manager
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Production Management – Supervise daily bakery production operations while maintaining product quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
• Sales & Delivery Operations – Coordinate retail outlets and delivery activities to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
• Staff Management – Lead, supervise, and support production, sales, transport and delivery staff to achieve operational targets
• Inventory & Stock Control – Monitor raw materials and finished goods while minimizing wastage and stock losses
• Transport Management – Oversee delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and distribution operations efficiently
• Reporting & Analysis – Prepare operational reports and analyze overall operational performance and profitability
Requirements
• Previous experience in operations management, bakery, relevant sectors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Professional qualifications in Management or related fields will be an added advantage
• Possession of a valid driving license will be considered an advantage
