Key Responsibilities:
• Good knowledge of Amadeus reservation system and Air Line web portals.
• Assisting passengers with flight reservation, ticketing, check-in procedures, luggage details and addressing travel-related queries and complaints.
• Instant updates on the inquiries from customer.
• A recognized IATA Qualification or equivalent qualification in Airline Ticketing & Reservations and marketing
• Involve in promoting and expanding the company’s travel business while achieving the targets set by the Management.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and availability.
• Knowledge in processing Tickets, Reissues & Refunds
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in air ticketing or travel agency preferred.
• Tamil Language is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of different airlines and travel regulations is a plus.
