Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in building relationships with potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. Strong English communication skills are essential as you will be engaging with a primarily English-speaking clientele.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
• Identify client needs, answer questions, and provide relevant product information.
• Document client interactions and manage sales databases accurately.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients.
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle client objections.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
