TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE – SALES DEPARTMENT
* Age limit is 30 years. Will also be considered over the experience.
*Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
*Strong telephone etiquette.
*Good computer knowledge.
*Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, reporting and organization skills.
*Smart, pleasing and outgoing personality with a positive team player attitude.
* A minimum of 1 year experience as a call center or Telemarketing would be an added advantage.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
* Initiating sales with potential customers over the Phone, E-mail, WhatsApp and Viber.
*Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
*Building lasting relationships with customers, based on trust and reliability.
* Handle customer’s inquiries and follow them up.
* Manage and resolve customers’ complaints.
* Having Knowledge of vehicle sales inventory, features, and specifications can be advantageous.
* Proficiency in multiple languages (Russian, French, Mongolian) considered with attractive remuneration packages.
* Ability to create monthly summary sales reports.
* Salaries + commissions above the industry standards.
